SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging services provided by LeadSecure, a service operated by Aamir Khan. By opting in to receive SMS messages from LeadSecure, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

Program Name: LeadSecure Business Communications

Program Operator: LeadSecure, a service by Aamir Khan

LeadSecure offers two categories of SMS messaging, each requiring separate opt-in consent:

1.1 Transactional/Service Messages

Non-promotional messages related to your service inquiry, including:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service status updates and project notifications
• Account alerts and administrative notices
• Responses to your inquiries or requests

1.2 Marketing/Promotional Messages

Commercial messages including:

• Promotional offers and discounts
• New service announcements
• Industry tips and recommendations
• Other commercial communications

2. Consent

Consent is collected via our website contact form through two separate, clearly labeled, unchecked by default checkboxes:

• One checkbox for transactional/service messages
• One separate checkbox for marketing/promotional messages

You may opt in to one, both, or neither category. Neither checkbox is required to submit the form or receive our services. Checking these boxes constitutes your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your inquiry, your service relationship with us, and the message categories you have consented to. You will not receive more messages than reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. LeadSecure is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

• Text STOP: Reply STOP to any SMS message from LeadSecure. This will opt you out of all SMS message categories.
• Email: Send an email to contact@tryleadsecure.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include the phone number you wish to unsubscribe.
• Phone: Call (630) 286-1629 during business hours to request removal.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message stating you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further SMS messages from LeadSecure unless you re-opt-in.

7. Privacy and Data Sharing

Your mobile information is protected under our Privacy Policy. Key protections include:

• Opt-out requests are honored promptly

8. Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and location.

9. Disclaimer

LeadSecure and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages due to network issues, device incompatibility, or circumstances beyond our control. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

10. Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
